Comfort food time

People are grumbling about the sudden drop in temperature, but I love it. Yesterday, I wore a scarf to the coffee shop and felt so cozy. And last night, I pulled an extra blanket over me, just because I could. It's no longer too hot to put on the oven and I've got so many recipes I want to try saved up. But, mostly, I'm just excited about honest-to-goodness comfort food. What's your favourite comfort food? I love me a Welsh rarebit.
