Making chocolates

A couple of years ago, I took a chocolate making class at JS Bonbons (which is now sadly and suddenly closed, though it always seemed a thriving business). Shortly after, I bought some chocolate molds at Chocolat Chocolat and they've been in my cupboard ever since. But on the weekend, I finally made some chocolates, specifically caramel-filled chocolates topped with sea salt. Here's how they turned out.
