Of all the pastels around this season, the most likely to make it into my wardrobe is something in a very pale lilac / dove grey. I saw the dress below from Brora last week and thought it charming. The Phillip Lim one is way too glamorous for me, but I know just who this would look gorgeous on (Alice!). The Humanoid dress in the centre is another example of the perfect material and shade, and - like everything from this company - gives me love spins.
I've been making a concerted effort to not purchase any clothing until I reach my weight loss goal. However, I have been on the hunt for a new handbag preferably in a grey color scheme. It's neutral enough for everyday use but a nice change of pace from the usual black.
Jessica! - I have a purse this colour that I got a few years ago from Furla.
I think the Foley & Corinna one I featured in this Sunday Best is a good one: http://seenandsaid.blogspot.com/2011/03/sunday-best-gentle-transitions.html

i think soft grey is way underused as a base for creating an outfit--it's my go-to neutral. it goes with almost everything, it's kind to all colors, ages and complexions & is timeless.

Very pretty! The Humanoid dress especially... I could imagine wearing that quite happily this summer.
