Dream home
Last night, I was up until 3am. I couldn't sleep so tormented myself by browsing MLS, looking at houses for sale along the coast in British Columbia. Nothing fancy. Just little 2-bed wooden homes with views of the water and enough land for a couple of chickens and a veggie plot. In my sleepy haze, I wished that I could telecommute (there really is no reason I shouldn't be able to!) and that I could set myself up in that ideal existence. I even thought about riding the ferry with buckets of white paint and picking out which roses to grow. Isn't this home perfect? When I finally went to sleep, I dreamed of the sea...

ReplyDeletevery beautiful home! i could definitely live in a quiet little home on the coast. and british columbia is such a wonderful place to do so! Or perhaps one of the islands. to be surrounded by ocean would be fantastic.

ReplyDeleteThe tranquility of this place is moving indeed! I live in Washington state a few hours down the coast from BC. I love where I live and I also love going BC to visit. This area is so very beautiful! I highly recommend that telecommute if you can swing it! When I traveled in Ireland I was instantly smitten, I think because it was so much like home, yet completely new to me at the same time...
