I've been digging back through my old cooking magazines (Donna Hay and Australian Delicious) and favourite cookbooks for recipe inspiration. And when I came across this Pear & Hazelnut Torta by Belinda Jeffery in the May 2009 edition of Delicious, I stopped in my tracks. The recipe promises it's a breeze to make. The photography by Ian Wallace definitely adds to the enticement. I know it's not really seasonal, but I'm thinking of trying this recipe on the weekend!
