Fantasy bathroom

Sunday night, I love to sit around and indulge in all those girly bathing rituals, wearing a face pack and a terrycloth robe and pretending I have my very own private spa. I always hope it will help me sleep better that night. But, no matter what I do, it's always hard for me to sleep on Sunday nights - my mind starts racing about what I have to do for the week ahead... Maybe if I had a bathroom like this, I'd sleep better? Images from Marie Claire Maison, Italy.

  4. I have a hard time sleeping on Sundays, too! And last night was the worst. We left the window open for the fresh air and there was all kinds of noise on the street. these bathroom photos are so pretty and serene. Too bad I'm one of those weird people who don't like to take baths!

  5. What an excellent bathroom space. I guess that the European editions of Marie Claire (and other magazines) show way more interiors.

  6. Thanks Geoff! You may have said it, but I can never hear it too often!

Tommy - there's a separate Maison editions of Marie Claire in France (perhaps Itay too). The French one is divine - I recommend checking out!

Jen! You don't like baths? Why???

  7. Such a dreamy bathroom! I love it. And I hate when I can't get my brain to shut off-- Sunday nights do seem particularly bad for that.

  10. Dear me, a new colour to add to my bath colour selection process just as I was converging on a final choice. That shade of green is beautiful.
