I miss that hour

I just got back from two back-to-back yoga classes. I'm pretty sure that the hour I lost when the clocks moved forward was the hour that would have made this Sunday a normal one; the hour I would have spent doing laundry and looking guiltily at hot cross buns at the Whole Foods (I have a random craving for a hot cross bun today).

But I lost that hour and so my day was out of whack. I thought two hours of yoga might help. But it only helped while I was doing it. If I could have stayed in savasana until the day was over I would have. The worst part is that I suspect the early part of this week will feel the same...
