Il Boschetto al Tartufo

I tend to get hooked on things - songs I'll listen to over and over again, crushes that just won't die even though I ought to know better. But when it comes to this cheese, I admit it, I've got a problem. I don't know what they put it in (actually, I do, it's truffles) but goddamn it it's the most delicious thing I've ever wrapped these sweet lips around. And although it costs a gazillion dollars at the Whole Foods, I highly recommend you all try it out. Be warned though, it's not for the faint-hearted.
